[edit] Twins in America - Field Museum of Natural HistoryThe Field Museum of Natural History has been a part of Chicago, Illinois museum scene since 1893 when it opened as the Columbian Museum of Chicago. It was given its current name in 1905 after major donor Marshall Field, and was in its original location, a building from the World Columbian Exposition now used by the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry, before moving to its current location in 1921 as part of the Museum Campus next to the Adler Planetarium and the Shedd Aquarium. There are many popular permanent exhibits at the Field, including Underground Adventure, Evolving Planet, Hall of Jades, and Sue, the T-Rex.
